Do I need a card to start?
No. Start the beta with no card. Your trial includes up to 5 partners, 3 people and 250 GB. Signing up does not charge you or start a subscription.
How long is the free period?
Signups before December 1, 2026 are free through November 30, 2026. Signups from December 1, 2026 get 21 days free. The app emails you three days before your free period ends.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you have not subscribed, nothing is charged. The agency side pauses until you pick a plan. Your data stays safe, and partners can still open their portals.
When am I first charged?
Only finishing Stripe Checkout starts a subscription. You can subscribe early; your first charge waits until the free period ends, while your chosen plan’s limits apply immediately. For signups before December 1, 2026, the first charge is December 1. For later signups, it follows your 21-day free period.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Owners can change plans, update their card, download invoices or cancel through Stripe’s secure pages from Settings → Billing. After cancellation, everything keeps working until the paid period ends, and you can turn it back on before then. Plans are chosen on the web.
How does the founding rate work?
The first 50 agencies to subscribe, including beta agencies, get 10% off their plan and extra storage for as long as the subscription stays active. It is applied automatically at first checkout if spots remain, with no code. It cannot be combined with a promo code. Cancel and later return, and you pay list price. Check Settings in the app for remaining spots.
Do my partners pay anything?
No. Partners never pay and never count as team seats.
What counts as a partner?
Limits count active partner businesses, not the people at them. Archived partners do not count toward the limit. Team limits include the owner.
What happens if I run out of storage?
Storage counts every file in the workspace. If it fills up, new uploads pause, nothing is deleted, and downloads keep working. Add 500 GB storage blocks on any plan, up to 20 blocks.
Is my data private?
Each agency has its own private workspace. Your partners, files and numbers stay separate from other agencies. Team roles control access, and contractors only see assigned partners.
What if a card payment fails?
You can keep working while Stripe retries. If retries fail, the subscription ends and the agency side pauses. Nothing is deleted.
